It sucks :(
an ok workout. I feel like im not doing anything :/ nothings showing change. I feel like im never going to get where I want to be. And it sucks. The highlight of the night was a leg pressed 65 pounds, I only weigh 93. :) STill, i feel like im not doing or changing anything. It sucks
